Wetlands Revisited at Riverfront Renaissance Center for the Arts

Although my early work was realistic and intimate, shaped by experiences of nearby wetlands, I later became intrigued with abstract aerial and satellite imagery of the earths surface. This distant view provided me with an understanding of a larger interconnected area, formed and defined by the flow of water. Often referred to as "lungs of the earth", wetlands are essential to regenerating all life, including our own.

It is my hope that we cherish these wetlands, places of nourishment for the body and beauty for the soul.
